At the front of the building, prevailing winds were catching the swing doors and either pulling them out of the user’s hands or not closing. We were asked to produce something aesthetically pleasing and in keeping with the building to provide a windbreak.
We designed the canopy as shown in the pictures below to replicate the building elevation. The pictures below show from when the shape was first configured, through to installation and the final result.
A successful installation providing not only a satisfactory result to the initial brief but a modern new look to the front of the building.
